Energy Assistance Program
Camden County OEO offers energy assistance for eligible clients, including our Home Energy Assistance Program and Universal Service Program, and access to the state of New Jersey's Weatherization Assistance Program. This program provides: - Home energy assistance - Access to weatherization assistance - Cooling assistance with proof of a medical need Contact us to determine if you qualify for our Energy Assistance. Home Energy Assistance clients (LIHEAP and USF) can submit their program applications, as well as emergency requests and all supporting documents to: WAPHEA@CCCOEO.com or via mail to Camden County OEO, 5287 Rt 70, Pennsauken, NJ 08109. -You must be able to show proof that you can pay future rent and other household expenses. -You must live in your current residence at least three months before you fell behind in your rent. -You must show proof that you had a loss of income beyond your control. -You must have a working telephone number where you may be reached during working hours so you can be scheduled for an appointment.
