South Jersey Aftercare (SJA)

Seed of Hope Ministry is a Faith-Based Human Services Agency and they provide re-entry services for ex-offenders. In prison and upon release, we mentor, disciple and help—in any way that we can—men so that they successfully return to their communities. This program provides: - Transitional housing South Jersey Aftercare provides other programs such as: - Evening Aftercare/Reentry Groups (men only) - Daytime Aftercare/Reentry Groups (men only) - Driver’s License Restoration Seminars - Assistance with Child Support and Visitation Issues - Christian transitional homes for ex-offenders (men only, strict rules governed by a covenant) - Christian Fatherhood Groups - Angel Tree (Christmas gifts for children of incarcerated parents) - Undie Sunday Back to School Ministry (necessities for children of incarcerated parents) - Mentoring - Reentry Bible Study - Prisoner Reentry Initiative
